Whether you are an Exhibitor or a Visitor, read this FAQ which will give you most of the information about Namaste Bharat , the first Global Online Expo.

The event is from 25th January (Thursday) to 28th January 2024 (Sunday).

Yes, you need to apply for Singapore Visa through local travel agent in your city. It takes 5 working days. In extreme urgent cases, we will apply in Singapore, fees chargeable(speak to our staff) and get in 3 days. We can also provide participation letter for applying visa if your agent needs.

You can fill the registration form and do a bank transfer to De Ideaz Pte Ltd. Payment details are on the registration form. If you want to do the payment in India, speak to our staff.

Anyone above 18 years can register.

Shoppers can pay in cash in Singapore Dollars. Secondly, if shopper pays by debit card/credit card or PAYNOW, the organizer has a centralized mode of payment collection, it will charge 5% for credit card 2% for Nets/ Debit card. The Organizers’ will settle all payments less charges of nets/credit card to the exhibitors on last day of the exhibition.

Any lifestyle product can be showcased. Except alcoholic and Tobacco related product.

Yes, WIFI will be accessible to all exhibitors.

Yes.

It is as per your product. Ideally up to 1000 kgs, expect for handicraft and other bulky item.

All contacts are in the Exhibitor manual on the website. These are only reference ones. You can arrange your own logistic partner. Entire responsibility for freight is yours.

Yes, we will provide if you let us know 3 weeks in advance of the event, and you need to pay S$10 / hour for the assistant.

We can provide free car park voucher to few only. (First come first serve).

We don’t practice sharing the list due to rules here. You can network during the exhibition with them.

Exhibitors can arrange for their own food. Food stalls will be there in exhibition. Exhibitors can buy from there or arrange from outside.

For packaged food you don’t need license. However, for live cooking /food stall you need to have license.

MRT (metro train), taxi and bus are available in Singapore. You can download the app – GRAB, GOJEK.

You can park at the open car park outside the Singapore Expo hall.

No. We can arrange transport service with additional cost in case you need any help.

It’s an indoor event so weather will not be an issue.

You can rent it from the booth builder at the venue. Please order from the exhibitor manual.
